

A devoted father, husband, friend, and-above all, a humble servant of God. For over 47 years, he has faithfully served as a pastor and community leader, touching countless lives through his unwavering dedication to ministry.
His mission is rooted in the holistic care of the individual-spirit, soul, and body. Bringing people to Christ, equipping them for ministry, and guiding them in discovering their life’s purpose, all to magnify the name of the Lord.
Bishop Tucker’s spiritual journey began at the age of twelve, It was at Pentecostal Faith Church in Tuskegee, Alabama, were he was baptized in Jesus Name and filled with the Holy Spirit, in the summer of 1965. Under the Leadership of Pastor Rosa L Mindingall & Evangelist Mildred Manley.
After being out of fellowship with the Lord Jesus for nine years in 1974, God used Bishop Thomas P Bulter to reclaim him back into the Kingdom of God. God also used Bishop Curtis Brown Jr, to mentor him after Bishop Bulter was called to his heavenly home.
In May 1978, Bishop Tucker founded One Way Church of Christ, birthed out of The Full Gospel Tabernacle. From its humble beginnings, his God-given vision guided the ministry to its current home at 216-11 Merrick Blvd, Laurelton, NY where it continues to flourish.
His commitment extended beyond his local church. For over twelve years, he served in the Bible Way Church Worldwide Westchester District, where his leadership and integrity earned him the position of District Elder under the supervision of Apostle Curtis Brown, Jr. In 2000, he was appointed Overseer in the Bible Way Church Worldwide New York New Vision Diocese under Chief Apostle Huie L. Rogers. After resigning in 2001, he was ordained and elevated to the office of Bishop in February 2003 by Apostle Ronald H. Carter. He had served faithfully in the International Bible Way Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ within the Empire State - New York Diocese until the Lord lead him in a different direction.
Bishop Tucker continues to grow spiritually and expand his reach. In 2025, he published two books: “The Seven I Ams of Jesus” and “Word UP.” He also launched a podcast, “Faith Above Fear,” offering practical wisdom and spiritual encouragement to a wider audience.
A lifelong learner and educator, Bishop Tucker holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the College of New Rochelle. Alongside his pastoral responsibilities, he served for twenty years as a Home Instruction Teacher in the New York City Department of Education, retiring in June 2015.
The continued spiritual and physical growth of his ministry stands as a living testimony to God’s faithfulness and Bishop Tucker’s steadfast commitment to his calling.
Married to his beloved wife and co-Pastor Virginia Tucker for 49 years and five blessed children Craig, Anjulet, Daliou, Gregory J, and chosen and adopted son Frederick Jr.
